    Eric Neuburger leads Lucas Oil Stadium, the nation's premier, state of the art, retractable roof, multi-purpose stadium in downtown Indianapolis and home of the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. The venue, which opened in 2008, has been host to the NFL Super Bowl XLVI in 2012, the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2010, 2015, and 2021, and the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in 2022. The stadium recently hosted the U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Swimming in 2024, and will again host the NCAA Men’s Final Four in 2026. Neuburger is a licensed attorney and holds Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from Indiana University as well as Master of Business Administration and Master of Sports Administration degrees from Ohio University. Prior to his arrival, Neuburger served as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration and External Alliances at Indiana University, and as Executive Director of the Indiana Governor's Council for Physical Fitness and Sports.
